Do I have to be a member of Decathlon to purchase an e-gift card?
Yes, you have to be a Decathlon member to buy an e-gift card. It's fast, easy and free! Create my account. Afterward, you can order electronic gift cards by visiting giftcard.decathlon.ca.
How do I log in to my member account?
If you already have a decathlon.ca customer account, you can use it on the giftcard.decathlon.ca website for orders. If you don’t have an account with Decathlon, you can create one directly on the giftcard.decathlon.ca site, and it will be valid on decathlon.ca for all types of orders.
Where can I get a Decathlon gift card?
Decathlon gift cards are available in stores across Canada (physical cards from CAD 10 to CAD 1000) and online at giftcard.decathlon.ca (electronic cards from CAD 10 to CAD 250). Some authorized retailers may also offer Decathlon gift cards.
What payment methods do you accept for Decathlon gift card purchases?
In store: Credit card (VISA, MasterCard), debit, or cash.
Online: Credit card (VISA, MasterCard).
How much can I put on a gift card?
Gift cards begin at a minimum of $10, up to $250. Over $250, you will need to add another gift card with the desired amount to your basket.
Can I buy e-gift cards in bulk?
Yes, you can. The electronic gift card is ideal to offer to your customers or employees. In addition, it instantly gives your company a sporty image. To purchase e-gift cards in large quantities, please contact us by email at b2b.giftcard@decathlon.ca. Payment by bank transfer will be required. In all other circumstances, the daily gift card purchase limit is CAD 10,000.
Can I personalize the gift card?
Yes, to make your gift unique, you can personalize the gift card with a photo of your choice! Personalization will be made on the cover of the gift card envelope. The recipient can then keep the photo as a souvenir! You can also leave a message inside the envelope, with the option to choose both color and font.
Can I transfer the gift card directly to the recipient?
Yes, you can send the gift card directly to the recipient via email.

How long is my gift card valid?
The Decathlon gift card remains valid as it has no expiration date.
Where can I use my gift card?
It is valid on the decathlon.ca website and stores in Canada, as well as in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and United Kingdom.
How can I check my gift card balance?
To check the balance of your gift card, go to giftcard.decathlon.ca and click on "Check balance"
What can I purchase with my gift card?
You can spend your gift card on all products and services (including promotions) in all sports categories. Valid on new and second-hand products. However, it is not possible to purchase a gift card with a gift card.
Can I use my gift card in installments ?
Yes, it is possible to spend your gift card in installments. You can keep track of your gift card balance in the “My balance” section of your member profile. Don't forget to save your gift card to your customer account for easy use. To do so, go to “My wallet” in your account.
Why didn’t I receive my electronic gift card?
Electronic gift cards are delivered by email. The purchaser must provide Decathlon with a valid e-mail address. Decathlon cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the recipient's email address at the time of purchase.
If you have not received your e-gift card within a reasonable period after the requested shipping date, the most likely causes are as follows:
a) The spam filter has blocked the e-mail or redirected it to the spam folder;
b) The recipient's firewall blocked the email;
c) The recipient's inbox has reached its limit; or
d) The recipient's e-mail address is incorrect.
Can I combine a Decathlon gift card with another payment method?
Yes, you can combine your gift card with another payment method.
For all purchases made on decathlon.ca, enter your gift card information at checkout (step 2), just before using your other payment method.
How do I return a product purchased with a gift card?
Gift cards are non-cashable and non-refundable, except where required by law. Decathlon's Return and Exchange policy applies to purchases made by an individual with a gift card, where applicable.
What should I do if I suspect fraudulent activity on my card?
Please contact Customer Service immediately about any suspected fraudulent activity involving your gift card.
What are the terms and conditions of my gift card?
Gift cards issued by Decathlon Canada Inc. are redeemable for products and services at decathlon.ca or at any Decathlon store in Canada. Gift cards have no expiry date. No service or usage fees will be charged to purchasers or recipients. Gift cards are non-cashable and non-refundable, except where required by law. Purchases made with a gift card will be deducted from its balance until its value reaches zero. The use of a gift card to purchase other gift cards is prohibited. Gift cards may not be replenished, resold, transferred or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Decathlon reserves the right to cancel any gift cards resold, transferred or exchanged. Decathlon will not replace a lost or stolen gift card upon delivery, except where required by law. Visit giftcard.decathlon.ca to check your gift card balance.
