WHAT IS A DECATHLON GIFT CARD ?

The Decathlon gift card is a voucher entitling its holder to pay for purchases at Decathlon stores or online at decathlon.ca.

HOW MUCH MONEY CAN BE PUT ON A DECATHLON GIFT CARD?

DECATHLON gift cards can be loaded with any value between $10 and $250.

DOES THE GIFT CARD HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE?

DECATHLON gift cards do not have an expiry date.

WHERE CAN I REDEEM MY DECATHLON GIFT CARD ?

Decathlon gift cards can be redeemed online at decathlon.ca and at any Canadian Decathlon store.

CAN I OFFER A DECATHLON E-GIFT CARD BY EMAIL ?

Yes, you can send a Decathlon e-gift card to another recipient.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A DECATHLON E-GIFT CARD?

If you selected the “Send Now” option, you will receive the Decathlon e-gift card immediately as soon as payment has been confirmed. You can also choose an ulterior date to send the gift card by selecting a specific date and time in the appropriate section.

CAN I PERSONALIZE MY DECATHLON GIFT CARD?

Yes, the DECATHLON Gift Card can be personalized or individually designed. You can either choose a sports design (template) and add your own message or you can upload your own picture, choose a background colour, a font type and colour, and individually design the card yourself.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY DECATHLON GIFT CARD?

Payment is made via credit card . We are planning to offer other payment methods in the future.

WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE DEBITED ?

Payment is made at the time of the order, even if a different delivery date/time has been choosen.

HOW DO I SIGN IN?

If you already have a decathlon.ca member account, open a session on giftcard.decathlon.ca.
If you do not have a Decathlon member account, you can create one on giftcard.decathlon.ca. You will be able to use it afterwards on decathlon.ca for all your orders.
